Privileges are a set of controls that you can assign to different users listed as your agency staff. This can be limited to minimum access (in case of default privileges for standard user) or maximum controls (in case of default privileges for administrator user). You can use these default settings or make amendments by checking (or un-checking) boxes given with all the controls. To define or make changes in privileges for different users, go to the “Manage Users” section under “Agency Staff” tab. Click on the edit () button and change privileges accordingly.
